Sanja Petric brings a varied expertise and highly tuned skills in all aspects of Project, Programme and Portfolio Management, gained over 20+ years of working at director level in pharmaceutical health care sectors. In particular, Sanja specialises in the set-up, leadership and optimisation of Project Management, Delivery and Portfolio Management Office functions, as well as the leadership of complex transformation programmes.

Sanja has worked in Pharma, Healthcare, FMCG sections and more specifically with commercial product development, manufacturing, marketing, IT, finance, sales and logistics functions. At Skarbek, Sanja leads the P3M (Project / Program / Portfolio) excellence service area, as well as Capability Building, and leads strategic transformation initiatives with client across industries.
