Damely is a highly-driven Management Trainee at Skarbek, supporting client delivery across global product launches and project management initiatives. Her experience includes operational and organisational transformation, cross-category NPD optimisation, organisational capability building and PMO optimisation across pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, and FMCG.

With a strong background in Economics and Management from King’s College London, Damely supports clients across the full product lifecycle, with a focus on developing integrated launch plans that deliver accelerated market entry and lasting impact. At Skarbek, Damely supports the P3M (Project / Program / Portfolio) excellence service area, as well as Capability Building, to help clients thrive in dynamic, complex environments.
