We are delighted to welcome back John Hall as Vice President of Strategy and Operations.
John rejoins us after five years, having recently served as Chief Operating Officer for City of London Schools where he was responsible for overseeing strategy, finance, operations, estates, and shared services across three leading independent schools. He brings a unique blend of operational leadership and deep expertise in the human dynamics that drive high-performing teams.
During his time with Skarbek previously, John was instrumental in leading our Asia-Pacific growth and operations. A trained psychologist and coach with a military background, John specialises in helping organisations recognise and develop the behaviours needed to transform and deliver. He is a highly experienced FMCG leader with a proven track record in delivering complex change programmes, orchestrating high-impact product launches, as well as driving operational effectiveness at scale.
In this new role, John will be responsible for operations excellence and will support our leadership team and their project teams in continuing to delight and deliver for our clients.
“Welcoming back John as VP Strategy and Operations is a hugely exciting moment for Skarbek. Not only does he bring exceptional operational muscle to the company, but also a real depth of understanding in terms of what it takes to build high-performing teams. Human dynamics sit at the heart of everything we do, and John’s return only further strengthens and sharpens that proposition.”
Toni Marshall, CEO
“Skarbek has gone from strength to strength, and I am thrilled to be returning at such a pivotal point for the business. There’s something genuinely special here, not only in the relentless pursuit of excellence, but in the exceptional calibre of people across the Skarbek network. I’m looking forward to reconnecting with familiar faces, meeting new colleagues and clients and playing my part in driving the next chapter of growth for both Skarbek and our clients.”
