He has held senior roles including Head of Strategy at Withers LLP and Chief of Staff – Group CEO & Chairman of the ALJ Group, where he supported strategic execution, operating effectiveness, governance, organisational redesign and leadership alignment across complex global environments. At Skarbek, Richard supports leadership advisory, transformation and change management, operating effectiveness and people and capability building.
