Graduate Management Consulting Internship

About the Role:
As an intern at Skarbek, you will work in our Weybridge office, immersed in a dynamic and fast-paced consultancy environment. You’ll engage in a diverse range of business areas including Strategy, Marketing, New Service Development, Business Development, Operations and Client Assignment Delivery. Our interns are a core component of the Skarbek Team, with high exposure to global client organisations and unparalleled opportunities from day 1! Key Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:
- Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field such as International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Project & Portfolio Management or Economics.
- Strong interest in the execution of strategy, transformational change, portfolio, programme and project management.
- Proven analytical skills and excellent organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Critical and conceptual thinking capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts simply and visually.
- Attention to detail with a “right first time” mindset.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs.
- High digital literacy, particularly in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), and ability to speak additional languages is desirable.
- The successful candidate must, by the start of their employment, have the right to work in the UK.
