Graduate Management Consulting Internship

January 2026

We are currently seeking motivated graduates to join us on a 12-month contract from January 2026 to support both our client assignment delivery and business operations at Skarbek. This is a unique opportunity to learn from seasoned experts and gain insights into the fields of Strategy Execution, Project & Portfolio Management, and Innovation, all whilst understanding what it takes to deliver effective solutions. We want smart, conscientious and ambitious individuals who are eager to learn and excel. About the Role:

As an intern at Skarbek, you will work in our Weybridge office, immersed in a dynamic and fast-paced consultancy environment. You’ll engage in a diverse range of business areas including Strategy, Marketing, New Service Development, Business Development, Operations and Client Assignment Delivery. Our interns are a core component of the Skarbek Team, with high exposure to global client organisations and unparalleled opportunities from day 1! We are committed to nurturing talent and strive to equip you with skills that will serve as a springboard for a successful career whether that be within Skarbek beyond your internship or elsewhere. 

Required Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:

  • Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field such as International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Project & Portfolio Management or Economics. 
  • Strong interest in the execution of strategy, transformational change, portfolio, programme and project management. 
  • Proven analytical skills and excellent organisational abilities. 
  • Ability to work independently and proactively. 
  • Critical and conceptual thinking capabilities. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts simply and visually. 
  • Attention to detail with a “right first time” mindset. 
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs. 
  • High digital literacy, particularly in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools. 
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), and ability to speak additional languages is desirable. 
  • The successful candidate must, by the start of their employment, have the right to work in the UK.
